Tasting Notes: First light detonates with luscious flavors! Dark chocolate, espresso beans, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and black pepper rush across the palate. Candied almonds, heavy cream, and caramel. The finish is long adding maple syrup and leather. The retrohale adds a spicy cinnamon burn.
(I'm actually getting "sensory overload" from this cigar. Totally magnificent...just from the first 5 minutes!)
As it progresses, cocoa powder, coffee beans, and white pepper appear. A wave of vanilla bean immediately follows giving a lingering creamy sweetness.
Halfway, you better strap in! The chocolatey notes grow with added hints of bourbon oak barrel, and butter. Raw cane sugar sweetness and earth appear. Big blasts of buttercream wash over the palate. Absolutely flawless!
Last third everything crescendos! Toffee, black tea, toasted marshmallows, and chocolate chips are added. Roasted coffee beans, hickory, and all-spice. It keeps leveling up all the way to the microscopic nub.
